1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund:

- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original brand-new condition.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials.
- You must provide a valid order number and proof of delivery.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and do not qualify as defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Final sale, clearance, or deeply discounted items.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items damaged by improper use, care, or storage.
- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Items returned without original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Returns without an RA number will NOT be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- Refunds include only the product price.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- Processing time depends on your payment provider’s policies.
We reserve the right to reject refunds or issue partial refunds if items are returned used, damaged, or missing packaging.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Claims submitted after 3 days may not be approved.
7. Order Cancellations
