2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 
We ship within the United States via trusted domestic carriers.
 
Estimated transit times begin once the order is shipped (not when placed):
 
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (tracking included)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)
 
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or remote locations.
 

3. Shipping Costs

 
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • All shipping fees are clearly displayed before payment.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

 
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

We will assist with investigations but are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item, original packaging, and shipping label.
  • Do not discard packaging, as it may be required for claims.
 
We will provide a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.

If international shipping is available at checkout:
 
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not refund customs charges.

9. Undeliverable Packages

 
If a package is returned as undeliverable:
 
  • We will contact you to confirm a valid address.
  • If the issue is not resolved within 14 days, we will cancel the order and refund the product price (minus original shipping cost).
